Culina Pte Ltd is today, Singapore’s leading food and beverage distributor and retailer of the freshest and best selection of imported fine, quality food and beverage.

It stocks a wide selection of fresh fruits and vegetables from Australia, fresh mushrooms and truffles from Europe, artisan cheeses from France, extra virgin oils from all over Italy, true balsamic vinegars from Modena, fresh seafood from Australia and Europe, premium cuts of meats from Australia. It is also the exclusive importer of a variety of spirits, liquors, coffee, natural mineral water and wines from over 25 wine companies from around the world.

Founded in 1994, it quickly established itself as a choice supplier of fine food and beverages to leading hotels and regional resorts, western and selected ethnic restaurants, cafes and local and foreign invested retail stores all over Singapore, developing a good reputation for its sourcing abilities, competitive pricing, excellent after-sales service and prompt delivery.  

Accredited with a HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) certification by SPRING Singapore in March 2007, the company has earned international recognition for its product quality.  In early 2000, it began to diversify its business, expanding its wholesale business into a retail format.   It currently operates 3 independent stores in Singapore complete with a wide range of gourmet groceries, old and new world wines, a fully stocked butchery and a cold delicatessen. Its Dempsey Hill flagship store also houses its own restaurant, Culina Enoteca.

In July 2008, it further expanded its retail network operating two additional butcheries at NTUC Fairprice’s Finest chain of supermarket stores in Thomson Plaza and Bukit Timah Plaza.
