Culina Butchery is our latest foray in offering the best and the freshest meat cuts. A collaboration with NTUC FairPrice - Singapore’s largest supermarket chain, our butcheries are located within FairPrice Finest concept stores at Bukit Timah Plaza, Century Square, Juntions 8, Orchard Grand Court, Marine Parade and Thomson Plaza.
Our butcheries strive to provide the best cuts and meat grades such as 120-day grain-fed tenderloin, organic minced meat, Wagyu and Angus beef and lamb, whole corn-fed chicken, French duck breast, Castaing foie gras products as well as specially aged Italian Prosciutto.
In addition to our custom cut roasts, gourmet burgers and hand-made sausages, our delicatessen also offers artisan cheeses, ready-to-eat cold items such as chicken and veal soup stocks, veal jus and a hot selection of crispy pork knuckle and whole roasted chicken.
